Tasting Notes
Very young and vibrant. Lots of blackberry, toast, cedar, vanilla, wild raspberry and smoked meat. Dry, with good aroma replays. Still quite tightly wound, yet remarkably poised with attractive length and structure. Will reward a least 4-5 years in a cellar, and will last for 10 at the minimum. (VINTAGES panel, Dec. 2010)
