Tasting Notes
Very light yellow hue, with a toasted-nutty barrel ferment accented bouquet. The same savoury, oak-tinged flavours fill the mouth where the wine is lively, crisp and refreshing, dry and cleansing with an appetising finish. The oak, while very evident, is quite subtle and doesn't weigh it down. Very good. Drink date: 2018-2025. Score - 92. (Huon Hooke, therealreview.com, June 3, 2018)
