Tasting Notes
This junior cuv�e comes from limestone rather than flint soils (Pouilly-Fum�, like Sancerre, has both). The colour is steel-gold, with very fresh, floral aromas and a tense yet tender palate shaded entirely in vivid green-pastel acidity. It's less complex than its sibling cuv�es, but the purity and restraint are near-faultless: a great buy. Drinking Window: 2018-2022. Score - 92. (Andrew Jefford, decanter.com, Nov. 12, 2017)
