Tasting Notes
The 2015 Meursault 1er Cru Genevri�res from Domaine Latour Giraud, one of the largest landowners in this vineyard, is very attractive, wafting from the glass with notes of crisp green pear, lemon oil, hazelnut, baking spice and wheat toast. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, bright and vibrant, with a bracing line of acidity, good concentration and a penetrating finish. This is a notably tensile, bright 2015 that will need a couple of years in the cellar to come together. Drink Date: 2020-2030. Score - 92. (William Kelley, robertparker.com, April 27, 2018)
