Description
The grapes for the Domaine des Malandes Chablis are selected from vines of more than 35 years of age. This wine has always been a consistent and characterful expression of classic Chablis, with a chalky mineral tone running alongside the citrus, apple and floral notes. A fine pairing for grilled chicken or poached salmon.
Tasting Notes
Sourced from vines in excess of 35 years of age, this has notions of tropical fruit atop the green apple, citrus and mineral notes. Excellent mouthfeel and a classic linear feel. A good choice for lemon-splashed cod. (VINTAGES panel, Sept. 2014)
