Tasting Notes
The classic Chablis nose of mineral reduction along with refined aromas of white flower and white peach (though there is a hint of unabsorbed SO2) marries into pure, vibrant and stony middle weight flavors that culminate in a dry, long, lemony and mildly austere finish. This is delicious but classy as Vaulorent typically is while bringing another dimension to bear relative to all of the preceding '09s. Outstanding. Drink [from] 2015+. Score - 92.
