Tasting Notes
This shows a lovely, pure and bright nose of apple/pear, acacia, vague anise and bready notes. Very impressive aromatics. It is medium weight, fairly soft and warm yet very bright and clean, with lovely acidity. Nicely focused, a touch warm and bitter. Very good to excellent length. There is a Chablis-like core, softened by the warm vintage. Tasted twice January 2017. Score - 89. (David Lawrason, winealign.com, Jan. 16, 2017)
