Tasting Notes
Marvellous definition on the nose as aromas of white peach, grapefruit, apricot, honey, minerality and white flowers delight. A light touch of petrol too adds complexity and character. The palate is dry, crisp and well balanced. Very attractive with a lively citrus zest, good acidity, more stone fruit, chalky minerality and a very good length. Enjoy with barbecued salmon steak.
