Tasting Notes
This is crafted in small batches from single estate-grown, 10-12-year-old agave pinas. Exhibits aromas and flavours of melon, green fruit and herb with notes of cucumber, pear and linseed oil. The initial palate is sweet and fresh but the finish is dry with light peppered notes on the finish. Enjoy neat or in a cocktail.
