Tasting Notes
This riserva Grappa is first long matured in wooden casks and then finished to perfection in ex-rum barrels. Deep amber colour. Shows complex aromas and flavours of vanilla, burnt sugar and cooked fruit with notes of earth and spice. The palate is rich and rounded with a warm spicy finish. Best served neat after dinner.
