Tasting Notes
In 2019, d'Angerville's Volnay Premier Cru bottling is an almost 50-50 blend of Mitans and Pitures, although in some vintages it can include young vines from other lieux-dits. This has all the vibrancy of youth, with a radiant raspberry and floral nose, and surprising density on the palate. There is fresh acidity to keep it lively and enough density to ensure that it lingers charmingly on the finish. Drinking Window: 2021-2029. Score - 92.
