Description
This wine is sourced from several of the warmer sub-appellations of Napa Valley, such as Rutherford, Yountville and Saint Helena, and thereby achieves a more tropical, peachy, honeyed expression of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The winemaker, Joe Shirley, recommends pairings of crispy fish tacos, grilled asparagus or bluff oysters with dill and lime vinaigrette.

Tasting Notes
