Tasting Notes
Dillon's version of a classic liqueur. Crafted using fresh, locally sourced, Niagara black currants and rye grain spirit. Sweetened with organic cane sugar. It's dark in colour and bursts with intense black currant aromas and flavours. The palate is sweet and rich with lingering black currant notes on the warming finish.

Serving Suggestions
Serve this intensely flavoured liqueur well chilled, neat or over ice. Or use to make imaginative cocktails. Add a splash to sparkling wine to create a Kir Royale.
