Tasting Notes
A fine Pinot Noir with intriguing aromas of black cherry, pine needles, and spice box. Dry, and very flavourful with good intensity. This very elegant wine is given excellent structure by the moderate tannins and just-right acidity. Medium bodied with a long, fruit-and-tannin finish. Enjoy it over the next 5+ years with cardamom-spiced grilled chicken. (VINTAGES panel, Aug. 2011)
