Description
Mountainview specializes in limited-production wines and employs a rigorous fruit-selection process. This Pinot spends 14 months in French oak and offers red plum, fresh and dried cherries, and touches of smoke and new leather. A fine choice for braised meats.

Tasting Notes
From a warm vintage, this garnet-coloured Pinot offers up complex aromas of smoked and cured meats, red plum, fresh and dried cherries, and new leather. It's an elegant, lithe wine with a nice interplay of fresh fruit and maturing notes. A lovely contemplation wine for Pinotphiles.
