Tasting Notes
The La Fussi�re premier cru was established in 1989 and is situated close to Santenay at the southern end of the C�te de Beaune. The vines of this relatively obscure appellation are planted in brown limestone and marl. This wine will be crafted to emphasize the fruit and overall balance. Expect ripe dark fruit and a refined mineral undertone, and pair with veal.
