Tasting Notes
Distilled in small batches and matured in first-fill bourbon barrels; this dram is vibrant gold in colour; aromas of citrus, freshly-cut grass, Bartlett pear and cereal grain; on the palate, honeycomb, fennel and dried sage, along with a delicate floral note; medium-bodied and fruity with a peppery note on the long finish.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with whisky-glazed pork belly over a bed of long-grain rice, grilled pepper and fennel sausages or enjoy as an after-dinner treat.
