Description
The cold winter impacted the size of the crop for the 2015 vintage, but the quality of the fruit was superb. This was barrel fermented and aged for 15 months on the lees before the final blending and bottling. You can expect peach, grilled pineapple and vanilla tones in a creamy but bright and crisp wine. Enjoy with grilled chicken or grilled calamari.

Tasting Notes
One tenth of this Chardonnay from the hot 2018 vintage was given the appassimento treatment, with the grapes having been dried for a month. After fermentation, the wine was then aged in French oak for nine months. Expect ripe tropical and dried fruit notes and pair with pork chops.[Dean Tudor did not include a tasting note.] Score - 91+.
