Tasting Notes
From 40 year old vines in Salento, this has spent 9 months in barriques and in 'botti', plus three more in bottle. Ruby-red, intense. Ethereal, fruity (mixed berry preserve), spicy aromas. Well-structured, balanced and tannic to the right point. Ideal with red meat seasoned with spices, complex and structured pasta dishes.
