Tasting Notes
An approachable Chardonnay with plenty of ripe apple, vanilla, woodsmoke and nettle aromas and flavours. Dry and quite roundly fruity with a supportive mid-palate acidity to bring freshness. Medium bodied with a long, fruity finish. A great choice for King crab legs or broiled lobster with melted butter. (VINTAGES panel, May 2011)
