Tasting Notes
Lush aromas of toffee, nuts, ripe raspberry, spice and cedar. Dry, medium bodied with a creamy palate and fantastic dark fruit with a spicy complexity and ripe core. A delicious fruit- and cedar-laden finish. A perfect alfresco wine for the last few days of summer, this well-balanced Ripasso is a fine companion for eggplant parmigiana, veggie lasagna or barbecued ribs in a zesty sauce.
