A good match tonight for eggplant salad, grilled lake fish, or pan-seared sea scallops. Gather some friends together and pour this little angel, and you'll be lauded as a heavenly host.
Tasting Notes
Classic youthful Riesling aromas of peach, pear, lime, chalk and grapefruit rind. Off-dry at first, then immediately a fresh and racy acidity brings on a welcome wave of dryness. Bright, charming, flavourful wine that will reward 3-5+ years in a cellar. A good match tonight for grilled eggplant with a bread crumb/grated parmesan coating, or pan-seared sea scallops.
