Tasting Notes
This appears to have better integration of the wood than is typical at this early stage with a similar aromatic profile as the regular Fourchaume though the bigger, richer and fuller flavors are blessed with more obvious amounts of dry extract as well as distinctly better length. This is really quite stylish as the wood is evident but not intrusive. Outstanding. Drink: 2015+. Score - 89-92. (Allen Meadows, burghound.com, Oct. 1, 2010)
