Tasting Notes
This is a delicious and impressive rosé made from organically grown cabernet franc. It's an example of the serious rosés now being made more frequently, but it's a cut above many others. Look for solid, concentrated flavours with structure and complexity, a clean, fresh line of acidity, and excellent balance and integration.
