Tasting Notes
Clear. Banana pudding, black pepper, meringue, and straw aromas with a hint of mint leaf follow through on a silky, lively entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with exception depth and smoothness. Finishes with a warming wave of peppery spice, slate, cane stalk, and plantains in cream. A very flavorful and expertly crafted cachaça. Score - 94. (tastings.com, Nov. 6, 2008)
