Tasting Notes
Quincy, located south west of Sancerre, is known for racy and dry Sauvignon Blanc. The aromas of green tinged apples, citrus fruit, and spice are accentuated by a pretty and lifted white-flower note. The palate has a lovely concentration of ripe fruit balanced by a crisp acidity. The finish is lingering and flavourful and just too good to be missed. This will be amazing with seafood but don't be afraid to try it with a delicately prepared chicken dish. (VINTAGES panel, Nov. 2012)
