Tasting Notes
Gold with tiny pearl bubbles. Pungent nose of pie crust, toast and dried apples. Full creamy mousse balanced with zesty acidity and flavours of lemons and nougat. Vinous and expressive with a long finish. Score - Silver Medal. (International Wine & Spirit Competition, 2010)
