Tasting Notes
Noticeable but still discreet wood permits the otherwise similar if slightly riper aromas to shine. There is excellent richness and volume to the medium-bodied flavors that offer an attractive mouth feel and impressive length on the explosive, clean, very dry and mouth coating finish. While I prefer the style of the regular cuvée, it's clear that there is more underlying material, intensity and power here. In short, this is seriously impressive. Outstanding. Drink: 2017+.
