This impressive, classic-styled 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape reveals notes of figs, plums, black cherries, dusty earth, and Provencal herbs. Full-bodied, evolved, rich, fresh, and muscular, the tannin is sweet enough to make the wine accessible, but it should evolve nicely for 12-15 years. Score - 91.
