This robust pink wine simply calls out for food, so chill it down and set it a place at the table.

Tasting Notes
Very deep pink colour for a ros�. Aromas suggest ripe watermelon, strawberry-rhubarb and red pepper jelly. Dry, dense and quite concentrated with outstanding aroma replays on the palate. This is a big, robust, very well made ros�. Grilled jumbo prawns with a peach salsa would work well. (VINTAGES panel, April 2012)
