Tasting Notes
The altitude is evident with the restrained but refined, pure and elegant nose of cool red berry fruit and stone notes that introduce detailed, precise and notably mineral suffused flavors that are on the strict but not hard side, all wrapped in a finer, long and classy finish. I like this but note that it's definitely on the Cistercian side at present. Drink [from] 2013+. Score - 90. (Allen Meadows, burghound.com, April 2009)
