Tasting Notes
Magnificent aromas of fresh-baked pastry, lemon meringue, nectarines, and spring flowers. The palate is dry, with a fine and lively mousse and a fair weight. Toasty, with plenty of fruit flavour in a nicely structured package that is kept well balanced by a zippy acidity. The finish is long, complex, tasty, dry and refreshing. An excellent seafood fizz that will also shine when paired with your favourite mild cheese melted on a fresh croissant. (VINTAGES panel, Dec. 2011)
