Deep brown opaque colour with rich head; aromas of wood smoke, burnt barley, heavy roasted coffee, with black olive and spice notes; off-dry, full bodied, with crisp balanced acidity, flavours of spice, burnt grain, smoke, caramel and notes of vanilla; finish is dry and complete.
Serving Suggestions
