Description
Tignanello Grappa is obtained from the distillation of the pomace (skins and pips) from the Sangiovese and Cabernet used in the production of Tig. After pressing, the pomace is immediately taken to the distillery. This procedure guarantees that distillation is carried out using the best quality marc possible - rich with aromatic characteristics. A very careful selection is then made of the different lots of grappa and only the ones with the most elegance and balance are then blended and bottled.
