Tasting Notes
Rich aromas of berry, mineral and spice greet the nose. The palate is very pleasing, dry and soft with lavish berry and suggestions of sweet fruit plus fantastic spice and mineral echoes. Good structure throughout with a long finish. Pair this with pork spiced with French mustard, or with herb-encrusted roast chicken. Will also reward 3-5+ years in a cellar.
