Tasting Notes
Sourced from 30-year-old vines, this blend of Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto delivers lovely forward berry-fruit supported by licorice and a spicy, floral note. The palate is dry, medium bodied and beautifully balanced and textured. Our panel simply loved this wine. A tremendous value, and has the structure and the flavours to work with roasted meat dishes, or with game. (VINTAGES panel, March 2010)
