Description
TASTING NOTE: A pungent and expressive nose of white flowers, citrus and algae hints gives way to precise and mineral-driven flavors that display really lovely balance on the intense, sappy and energetic finish. This is quite dry and I very much admire the underlying tension. Drink 2015+. Outstanding. Score: 90-92 (Allen Meadows, burghound.com, Oct. 1, 2011)
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow. Lemon, flinty silex and saline minerality on the nose. Round, ripe and smooth, with peach flavors complicated by iodiney oyster-shell minerality and flint. Finishes dense and long.
