Reminds us more of the classic New Zealand style, and that's high praise when it comes to crafting Sauvignon Blanc. Melon, gooseberry, nettles, grapefruit and fresh herbs/grass are the prime aromas on display. Dry with taut, mouthwatering acidity bringing exceptional refreshment here.
