Made in very small quantities from whiskies that have been aged at least eight years in white oak barrels, then double matured in sherry casks imported from Jerez in Spain. The result is a blend that delivers a smooth and unique whisky with distinct undertones of Spanish Sherry
Tasting Notes
On the nose, a mix of rich Mediterranean fruits, gentle oak and sherry. The body is rich, full and round and finishes smooth. The smooth, rich taste of this premium Canadian Whisky makes it a favourite mixed, on-the-rocks or neat.
