Tasting Notes
Absolutely stunning wine and a sleeper of the vintage for this particular producer, this wine displays loads of waxy, melony, exotic fruits as well as hints of figs, orange and apricot marmalade and some subtle oak in the background. With very good acidity and a lusty, rich, full-bodied mouthfeel, it should continue to drink well over the next 20+ years. Score - 94. (Robert Parker Jr., erobertparker.com, Feb. 2012)
