Tasting Notes
Very mild reduction does not completely mask the otherwise layered nose of ripe orchard fruit and citrus hints. There is equally good volume here to the opulent and exceptionally rich and mouth coating flavors that brim with dry extract before terminating in a long and balanced finish where a touch of bitter lemon appears.
