Tasting Notes
This blend of 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella and 5% Molinara delivers notes of tomato leaf, cedar spice, cherry, raisin and dried herbs on the nose. Very dry, with a long, smooth, earthy, leafy and plummy character. Quite lovely and well-made, this will elevate meals featuring roast beef or filet mignon with a balsamic glaze.
