Tasting Notes
Light bodied with a bright red cherry hue, this wine shows aromas of ripe cherries, cranberries and red currants followed by subtle notes of wet saddle leather and cinnamon. On the palate the wine matches the aromas. The wine has high acidity, firm tannins and a long finish. Pairs well with cured meats, spicy sausages or aged cheese.
