Tasting Notes
Grown on the slopes of the extinct volcano, Mount Vulture (pronounced 'vool-TOO-reh'), this 100% Aglianico is a characteristically complex wine. Layered notes of pepper, spice, ripe plums and cherry abound with a lifting violet quality. The palate is dry, soft and fruity with a medium-long finish. Pair with game or a black-pepper beef steak.
