Tasting Notes
This fragrant South African Savvy shows gooseberry, mineral, artichoke and yellow apple aromas. The palate is dry, medium bodied and racy with great weight and substance. Ripe and tangy fruit is supported by crisp acidity. The finish is wonderfully tangy and quite long. Pair with asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, or pizza bianco with artichoke hearts.
