Tasting Notes
This winery is owned by Dwayne Wade of basketball fame, and Napa legend Jayson Pahlmeyer is winemaking consultant. Fruit for this Cabernet is sourced from vineyards in Oakville, St. Helena and Napa, hence 'Three.' Expect a nicely structured glassful of cassis and cigar box and savour through 2029 with roasted or grilled meats.
