Tasting Notes
Floral and fruity, with mineral oil and wet stones on the nose. Lemon and orange citrus flavours, with more mineral emerging. Good weight and a lovely texture. Fresh, bright and lifted on the finish with a touch of spice at the close. Sharply defined and very well made, this will be a great choice for mildly spiced dishes. (VINTAGES panel, March 2015)
