Tasting Notes
Based in the village of Saint-Aubin, the Roux family own 70 hectares of vineyards in the Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise. This offering is bright ruby in the glass, with a nose of earth, vanilla and cherry. The palate is dry, with excellent fruit accented by oaky and nutty tones, and a crisp acidity. The finish is quite long, full and delicious. Great value from the critically acclaimed 2009 vintage, and one of the most recognized villages of Côte de Nuits. Enjoy with veal or roast turkey.
