Tasting Notes
Great value here in 1er Cru white Burgundy. Complex yellow plum, lemon, and green apple aromas and flavours, with subtle toasty and nutty notes providing good counterpoints. Rich, creamy texture and good persistence. Would go nicely with Cornish hen. Enjoy over the next 5-7 years. (VINTAGES panel, Dec. 2012)
