Tasting Notes
This AOC C�tes du Rh�ne Ros� is a blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Muscardin. The colour is a clear, pale rose with orange glints. The lively nose is of red fruit and floral scents (honeysuckle and hawthorn). In the mouth it is fresh, full and very nicely balanced with fine acidity, a lingering aftertaste of strawberries and sweet perfume. It would be a delightful ap�ritif or a fine companion for cold salads or grilled white meats. Drinking beautifully now, it will keep quite nicely for another two years.
